Project Overview
Our speculative home interior design process focuses on creating interiors that feel considered and intentional while remaining neutral and versatile enough to appeal to a variety of buyers.
For this project, our goal was to develop a cohesive and harmonious design plan that complemented the exterior architecture and heritage DC Row home style. Our thoughtful design plan makes the most of the smaller footprint by including a built-in banquette in the kitchen and maximizing storage, functionality, and flow throughout all 3 floors.
We added unique and custom details with the use of semi-custom cabinetry, wallpaper, interesting tile patterns, and a careful attention to detail. We kept the budget top of mind throughout the design process and continually worked to find balance between quality, affordability, and aesthetics. The end result is a gorgeous speculative home that is a cut above others on the market, and one that any buyer will be thrilled to call home.
