We carefully selected the finishes for this home from the options available through the builder. Our expertise allowed us to know what to upgrade through the builder and what should be customized. Once the construction of the home was complete we worked with a team of Trades and Craftspeople to customize the home and create a bespoke design unique to the homeowners.
This home gets the most beautiful natural light throughout the day so we decided to use that as inspiration for our warm and neutral color palette, combined with organic wood, and black accents to help ground the space.
With clean lines and carefully curated Art and Decor this home fully expresses our Less is More design philosophy.

A Minimal Bespoke Living Room
Removing the builder fireplace and adding the custom 3 sided fireplace and the expansive natural white oak built-in bench with a black stained top along the living room wall were key to creating a truly bespoke design.
The Belgian linen drapery in warm oyster white accentuates the homes natural light and the show stopping Geiger for Herman Miller Crosshatch chairs in black leather with the distinctive cord detail act as two large pieces of sculptural art and are as comfortable as they are beautiful.
The end result are minimal and comfortable living spaces that are the epitome of quite luxury.
A Space that Invites Conversation
We love a four chair room especially one with luxurious chairs like these in a soft supple camel leather. We combined them with the softest sheep skin rug, the custom String System wall unit, and the stunning moody photograph by Tim Burns to create a deeply cozy space.
The end result is a comfortable and cozy room that invites long hours of conversation.
