Project Overview

Once the construction of this new-build production home was complete, we collaborated with a talented team of trades and craftspeople to customize every detail, creating a truly bespoke design that reflects the homeowners’ unique style.

Bathed in beautiful natural light throughout the day, the home inspired a warm and neutral color palette—soft tones layered with organic wood textures and grounded by bold black accents.

With clean architectural lines and thoughtfully curated art and décor, this space embodies our Less is More design philosophy.

The result is a home that perfectly balances simplicity, warmth, and sophistication.

A Custom Built-In Home Office

A Stunning and Functional Work Space

Designing a custom desk and bookshelf were key to creating a beautiful and functional workspace. The L-shaped custom desk offers an expansive surface area and seamlessly connects to the cabinetry, providing generous storage solutions. Above, open shelving adds both practicality and personality, offering space for books and curated decorative pieces.

To complete the space, a striking photograph by Petros Koublis anchors the room with artistic depth. Softness and texture are introduced through a lush wool rug, Belgian linen drapery, a comfortable swivel chair upholstered in textured black boucle, and camel leather poufs that add warmth and versatility.

The result is a visually stunning environment that balances productivity with tranquility—an inviting space designed for both focused work and quiet moments of rest.

Textured Art for Visual Interest

We strategically placed two textural original artworks by one of our favorite artists, Ashleigh Ninos, within the bookshelves, accentuated by a picture light above to draw the eye and add visual interest.

In the evening, the gentle glow of the picture light creates a soothing ambiance, beautifully highlighting the rich textures and depth of the artwork.

A Warm Minimal Living Room

Subtle Architectural Updates, Dramatic Transformation

We made subtle architectural chanes that completely transformed this living room. We removed the builder-grade fireplace and introduced a custom three-sided design, paired with an expansive natural white oak built-in bench featuring a black-stained top.

Belgian linen drapery in warm oyster white enhances the home’s natural light, while the show-stopping Geiger for Herman Miller Crosshatch chairs in black leather—with their distinctive cord detailing—serve as sculptural focal points that balance beauty and comfort.

The result is a collection of minimal yet inviting living spaces that embody the essence of quiet luxury.

A Space That Invites Conversation

A Space that Invites Conversation

We love a four-chair room — especially one featuring luxurious camel leather chairs that feel as good as they look. Paired with the softest sheepskin rug, a custom String System wall unit, and a moody photograph by Tim Burns, the space exudes warmth and sophistication.

The result is a deeply inviting room designed for comfort, connection, and long, lingering conversations.
